The idea behind 110 Co Lifestyle was born while I was writing a song in 2023 called Unrelenting, where I said, "Unrelenting, give it 110." That line stuck with me — it captured the spirit of pushing beyond limits, breaking through resistance, and showing up for yourself every single day. I started thinking about how I could bring that mindset into the real world — not just through music, but through products that could inspire and empower others on their own journeys. It all started with something simple but essential: coffee mugs. As someone who relies on a strong cup of coffee to kickstart the day, it felt like the perfect first step. From there, the vision grew. 110 Co became more than just a few products — it became a way of life, a reminder that when we commit fully and give it everything we’ve got, amazing things can happen. I’m excited to share this journey with you. Welcome to the 110 mindset.

Music has always been more than just background noise for me — it’s been a core part of who I am. From dancing around to Sesame Street as a kid to curating the perfect soundtrack while sitting behind a desk, it’s followed me through every chapter of life. I’ve never been one to jump on a karaoke mic, because I’ve always felt that if I’m going to sing, it should be my own words.
I started exploring songwriting in my early teens, but it wasn’t until 2023 that I fully brought a song to life. That track, If And When, was my first official release — and even now, I’m proud to stand behind it. But dropping that first song also made something else clear: I had a long road ahead if I really wanted to grow and level up as an artist.
That moment is when the 110 mindset really took hold. My next track, Unrelenting, captured the energy of giving everything you've got, and it inspired the name for my first full-length project, 110. Since then, I’ve written, recorded, and released more than 100 songs — constantly learning, evolving, and refining my sound.
At my core, I’m a recording artist. The real magic happens in the studio — that’s where I shape the sound that tells my story. My latest project, Love Different, marks a new chapter. Built entirely from scratch in a professional studio, it’s my most sonically ambitious and personal work to date — and just the beginning of where I'm headed next.
